Prototyping sprints and workshops
Next to my role at Lufthansa Innovation Hub I take on a few outside projects. The approach is the one I use at work: build the smallest real version, put it in front of users, and decide from what they do.
Prototyping sprint
For founders and innovation teams with an idea they want to test. I build a working prototype in Lovable that you can put in front of users or investors.
- A scope call on the problem, the user and what we need to learn.
- The build, with regular check-ins.
- Handover of the live link, the code and a plan for what to test next.
AI prototyping workshop
For product and design teams. Everyone leaves with a working prototype they built themselves. It runs as a 90-minute intro, a half day or a full day, in person or remote, in English or Portuguese.
